I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP), with a Master's in Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. I work with adults individually, offering psychotherapy in English and Croatian.

Before retraining as a therapist, I worked for several years in the corporate sector — in digital marketing and tech support. That experience gives me a direct, grounded understanding of the pace, pressure, and demands that many of my clients are navigating. I know what it's like to be in environments where performance is everything and slowing down feels like weakness.

I am available for both short-term and longer-term work, in person at the Rathgar Consultancy Centre in Dublin, and online for clients anywhere.

How I approach therapy

My work is primarily person-centred — a humanistic approach built on the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to give you answers, but to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and find your own clarity.

I integrate elements of mindfulness, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioural methods — drawing on whatever is most useful for the person I'm working with at any given time.

Self-compassion is central to everything I do. Suffering is a sign that something important needs to change or be tended to — and I believe that when we listen to that signal rather than push past it, real growth becomes possible.

What I work with

My experience includes working with a wide variety of challenges: bereavement, anxiety, depression, sexuality, life transitions, stress, and trauma. My particular areas of interest are anxiety, overachievement, self-criticism, and depression.
